Life Membership
Individual scientists can become life member of MRSI by paying INR 5000. Life members can access the Bulletin of material science and MRSI News letter online.

Honorary Membership
The MRSI Council selects a few distinguished scientists as honorary members at its annual general body meetings.
MRSI confers honorary membership on distinguished material scientists residing outside India.
